I suggest to open a separate page named 'Localizing bugs using debugger under 'Hints and tips' to give (unexperienced) user simple know how on running Dirac in the debugging mode.

Miro: How about renaming 'Hints and tips' to 'Tutorial' ? 'Manual' contains extensive description of keywords, 'Tutorial' advices for practical usage.
